The Chairman of the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital, Justice Abba Bello Mohammed, on Friday 12th April, granted permission to the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) flagbearer in the state's 2019 governorship election, Mr. Davematics David  Ombugadu, an order for substituted service on Abdullahi Sule, the Governor-Elect. Sule, who was the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, was declared the winner of the March 9 election by INEC. The Governor-Elect, who is the first respondent, is no where to be found.
