Meet AREWA ELITES ROYAL PERSONALITY OF THE MOMENT : Bldr. Ahmad Rufai SHUAIBU (Majidadin sadaukin Zazzau)

Born 2nd February 1985 in Samaru-Zaria, Ahmad Rufai Shiaibu has grown to become a vibrant and committed youth with exquisite leadership skills and unflinching patriotic tendencies.

He obtained his primary and secondary school certificates from Amina LEA Primary School Samaru and Model Secondary School(ITN) Zangon Shanu respectively before proceeding to the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building with Second Class Honors(Lower Division).

During his university days, Malam Rufai was an active student unionist with keen interest in improved students’ welfarism. He held the following positions;

Member, Legislative Council, Kaduna State Students’ Union, ABU Zaria Chapter

Public Relations Officer, National Association of Building Students, ABU Zaria Chapter

President, National Association of Building Students

Haven successfully served the student community with a distinction grade, Mallam Shuaibu became a key figure in the youth development and advocacy struggle where he was appointed as the Deputy Director Special Duties of the Youth Assembly of Nigeria(YAN) in August 2017.

Mallam Rufai is professional builder with A Grade proficiency in Structural Analysis, Architectural Drawing, Financial Analysis, Professional Project Management, Business Data Analysis, Marketing




and Database Management. He has worked as a professional builder and project manager for several firms including Uilakarab Construction Nig Ltd Abuja and Mahmud and Partners. He is currently a building officer(I) at the National Institute for Trypanosomiasis Research (NITR) Kaduna.

To honor his exemplary youth leadership and selfless service to the Zazzau Emirate, Mallam Ahmad Rufai Shuaibu was turbaned by the Zazzau Emirate Council Bldr. Yusuf Shehu Idris  as the Majidadin Sadaukin Zazzau on the 4th of August 2018.

Mallam Rufai has attended numerous workshops and conferences. He is a certified Member of the Nigerian Institute Of Building(MNIOB).

AREWA YOUTH FOR LIBERTY (AYFL) Condemns DAPPMAN’s Actions, Declares Full Support for Dangote Refinery

The Arewa Youth for Liberty (AYFL) strongly condemns the recent actions of the Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) against the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Company. We view this as an act of sabotage and outright hostility toward the Nigerian people, who stand to benefit greatly from the refinery’s efforts to reduce fuel prices and provide massive employment opportunities. Dangote Refinery has invested heavily in the growth and development of Nigeria’s oil sector, including spending over ₦3 trillion to acquire trucks that will ensure nationwide distribution of petroleum products at reduced costs. Rather than commend and collaborate with Dangote Refinery in its efforts to ease the hardship caused by rising fuel prices, DAPPMAN and its allies, including NUPENG, appear determined to frustrate these positive strides.
