AbuFarik Support Organization sponsors skills acquisition training for 300 women, female children in Sabo Garin LG

The AbuFarik Support Organization has sponsored about 300 women for skills acquisition training across the 11 wards in Sabon Gari Local Government of Kaduna State.


The flag-off of the programme took place today at Aminu LGEA Primary School, Sabon Gari, Zaria, with Mallam Tijjani Ibrahim (AbuFarik), chairmanship aspirant present.


The training will last for one week and is in collaboration with the Arewa Charity Centre for Women and Girl Child.


Participants have the luxury to learn either catering or make-up in the arrangement which is targeted at empowering women and the girl-child adjudged to be one of the vulnerable class in the society.


Speaking at the event, AbuFarik thanked the AbuFarik Support Organization for the initiative, calling it laudable.


He urged the beneficiaries to be focused in the exercise and put to good use whatever they learn.


The chairmaship aspirant also used the opportunity to seek the support of the women constituency in his political bid, promising that they will be carried along in his government if they support him and ensure his success at the poll.


He told them that Sabon Gari Local Government deserves better than what the present government is giving, and he's ready to offer his best.

The Arewa Youth for Liberty (AYFL) strongly condemns the recent actions of the Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) against the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Company. We view this as an act of sabotage and outright hostility toward the Nigerian people, who stand to benefit greatly from the refinery’s efforts to reduce fuel prices and provide massive employment opportunities. Dangote Refinery has invested heavily in the growth and development of Nigeria’s oil sector, including spending over ₦3 trillion to acquire trucks that will ensure nationwide distribution of petroleum products at reduced costs.
