PROVOST PRESENTS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD LETTERS TO FCE ZARIA BENEFICIARIES

The Provost, Dr. Suleiman Balarabe has today, 13th April, 2022, presented the Federal Scholarship award letters to 6 students of Federal College of Education, Zaria, who are beneficiaries of the scholarship.


Presenting the awards to the beneficiaries from the college, the Provost congratulated them, admonished them to use the bursaries judiciously, put more 


In appreciation,Babangida Abdulmalik, one the the beneficiaries, thank Almighty God, Federal Ministry of Education, Federal Scholarship Board and Provost of the college, for being among those to benefit with the scholarship for a duration of 2 years, and further appreciated the college management for providing a conducive academic environment.


The Vice President of the Students body, Comr. Bashir Danasabe, who represented the President, commended the college management, and also acknowledged their commitment in guiding and giving students the best. The Vice President in his words, appreciated the Provost for always standing to see students benefit utmost


ly in their academic pursuits.


In his final words, the Provost urged the students to be continue maintaining their good academic performances, and also called on all students of the college to stick to their books, have good grades and be among beneficiaries of subsequent bursaries.


With the Provost were, the Deputy Provost, Mal. Halliru Musa, Registrar, Dr. Jibril Lawal, Barr. Maryam Haladu, Students’ Affairs Officer, Mal. Shehu Iya Saidu, PDO and Mal. Shehu Umar, Academic Secretary.

AREWA YOUTH FOR LIBERTY (AYFL) Condemns DAPPMAN’s Actions, Declares Full Support for Dangote Refinery

The Arewa Youth for Liberty (AYFL) strongly condemns the recent actions of the Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) against the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Company. We view this as an act of sabotage and outright hostility toward the Nigerian people, who stand to benefit greatly from the refinery’s efforts to reduce fuel prices and provide massive employment opportunities. Dangote Refinery has invested heavily in the growth and development of Nigeria’s oil sector, including spending over ₦3 trillion to acquire trucks that will ensure nationwide distribution of petroleum products at reduced costs. Rather than commend and collaborate with Dangote Refinery in its efforts to ease the hardship caused by rising fuel prices, DAPPMAN and its allies, including NUPENG, appear determined to frustrate these positive strides.
