NBBF: Group shutdown Youth Ministry in support of Kida

Some youth organizations under the auspices of  NATIONAL YOUTH MOVEMENT AGAINST ANTI CORRUPTION AND SOCIAL INJUSTICE stormed the street of Abuja in solidarity to reinstate the ban  on NBA which was ordered by the Federal government through the Federal ministry of Youth and sport development by the Honorable Minister Mr. Sunday Dare. 


Addressing the pressmen Amb. Auwal Aliyu National Coordinator of the group said the leadership of Nigeria Basketball Association under Engr. Ahmad Musa Kida has experienced transparency, trust and open door policy to  carry all and sundry along In making sure the mandate and objective are achieved. 


Amb. Auwal also added that basketball as a game is a means of survival and employment to some people, nothing leaving behind its recreational value to humanity. The group concluded by calling on the Honorable Minister   to look inward and do the necessary action.

AREWA YOUTH FOR LIBERTY (AYFL) Condemns DAPPMAN’s Actions, Declares Full Support for Dangote Refinery

The Arewa Youth for Liberty (AYFL) strongly condemns the recent actions of the Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) against the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Company. We view this as an act of sabotage and outright hostility toward the Nigerian people, who stand to benefit greatly from the refinery’s efforts to reduce fuel prices and provide massive employment opportunities. Dangote Refinery has invested heavily in the growth and development of Nigeria’s oil sector, including spending over ₦3 trillion to acquire trucks that will ensure nationwide distribution of petroleum products at reduced costs. Rather than commend and collaborate with Dangote Refinery in its efforts to ease the hardship caused by rising fuel prices, DAPPMAN and its allies, including NUPENG, appear determined to frustrate these positive strides.
