The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), the apex body representing the interests of Nigerian students across the nation, is proud to endorse Mr. Emmanuel Oloja Akpakwu for consideration as Minister of the Federal Republic by the President Bola Tinubu administration. We firmly believe that Mr. Akpakwu's exceptional qualifications, vast experience in entrepreneurship and sports, as well as his commendable relationship with the youth and student community, make him an ideal candidate for this esteemed position.


Mr. Emmanuel Oloja Akpakwu's accomplishments in the field of entrepreneurship are truly remarkable. The Arewa Youth for Liberty (AYFL) strongly condemns the recent actions of the Depot and Petroleum Products Marketers Association of Nigeria (DAPPMAN) against the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals Company. We view this as an act of sabotage and outright hostility toward the Nigerian people, who stand to benefit greatly from the refinery’s efforts to reduce fuel prices and provide massive employment opportunities. Dangote Refinery has invested heavily in the growth and development of Nigeria’s oil sector, including spending over ₦3 trillion to acquire trucks that will ensure nationwide distribution of petroleum products at reduced costs.
