PRP IS A PLATFORM MEANT FOR YOUTH; LET'S TAKE THIS GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY!
Solidarity greetings to all Nigerians in entirety, but my fellow youth in particular. I woke up today with heavy thoughts on my mind, I woke up with the feeling that I have a responsibility towards my fellow youth, as some don't have the opportunity of being in a Party meant for the promotion and emancipation of youth in politics and governance - PRP. I would like to say that indeed, it was a wonderful decision I made to join PRP, and that decision has given me a generational advantage to achieve my aspirations.
It's no longer news that the two (2) major political parties in the country are the same, it's just a situation of pot calling the kettle black, it's the same old generation of politicians just changing batons and shifting allegiance, not based on ideology but with regards to what they view would favour their political lives, as the fear of political extinction and lack of access to our commonwealth is fearsome than hell to most of them. Hence, we the youth must find an alternative and challenge the status quo, that exactly is what PRP stands for, it's a party meant for the youth.
People's Redemption Party (PRP) is an open party which is more widely open to youth, irrespective of their tribe or ethnic affiliations, social status, financial situation, or religious beliefs. It's a party that is not own by a person or a group of people, it's a party that is owned by all and sundry, controlled by the people, and directed by the masses. We are ready to warmly receive to our dear Party, youth and other members of other political parties who shares in our vision, and this is at no cost. I therefore urge all Nigerian youth to see PRP as their own, massively register and decamp to the party now and even after 2019 general elections, as the emancipation of youth doesn't have an expiry date, it's a continuum process.
PRP is the only party that can make your voice be heard, it's the only platform that can give you the chance to be involved in your community, and become a major factor and determinant when it comes to issues bordering on decision making. PRP gives you a good platform to contest, even as a National Youth Leader of the party, I was still given the opportunity to contest for State House of Assembly to represent my Epe Constituency I, and opportunities was also given to several youth to contest for various positions, ranging from State assemblies to Gubernatorial seat. What Party gives youth paramount importance like PRP? That's the more reason why the youths should see PRP like a child of theirs, rebirthed to fight for their total emancipation and also give them a sense of belonging and responsibility.
I also want to use this medium to advise my fellow youth to actively participate in political activities, youth involvement in politics and governance is important for the growth of our dear Nation, we are the most vibrant, we are the most intelligent, we are the most flexible, we are the most agitated, and we are also the most populated. We should use all these strengths to make an impact on our community, challenge the status quo and make sure there is a paradigm shift from the sidelining of youth to inclusiveness. Thanks to all and sundry.
