This appointment from the Speaker is not only a friendly one done for kinship it is equally a worthy one that proofs the pedigree, intelligence, capability and experience of the recipient, Hon. Bello El-rufai. As a people, we advance a hand of fellowship to the Speaker for this appointment full of trust and confidence. This is reflected in the appreciation encomium penned down by Hon. While we acknowledge that NANS requested information from the Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), Mr. Sonny Echono, it is important to clarify the facts surrounding the situation.
